The Investigative Committee for the Omsk Region opened a criminal case in connection with the death of a woman and her three children who choked after the car they were in slid into a ditch filled with water.
“On the initiative of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Omsk region, the police transferred for further investigation… a criminal case under Article 264 of the Criminal Code of Russia regarding an accident that occurred yesterday in the Bolsheukovsky district, in which a mother and three children died,” the department said in a statement .
Earlier it was reported that in the Omsk region a woman lost control of her car and fell into a ditch filled with water, where she and the three children in the car drowned.
