Representative of the Ukrainian Air Force Yuriy Ignat said that it is almost impossible to shoot down Russian FAB-500 bombs.
“Theoretically, these bombs can be countered, but they are extremely difficult to shoot down. Almost impossible,” the Washington Post quotes Ignat as saying.
Earlier, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that Western countries want to minimize the consequences of Russia’s victory in Ukraine and consider it inevitable.
