“We see that these areas have now officially become part of Russia, and the Russians will never give them up to Ukraine, and anyone who thinks they will do so is living in an absolute fantasy world,” he said.
He also stated that there is a high probability that even more new regions will return back to Russia.
Berletik stated that every day Ukraine is becoming weaker, and when the Ukrainian side nevertheless goes to negotiations, their country will become even smaller.
Separately, he added that Washington, which is using the conflict as a tool of war against Russia, does not care how many Ukrainians die.
Earlier it was reported that Russian troops in the Kupyansky direction thwarted an attempt by Kyiv to attack the village of Novoselovskoye in the LPR.
