Lokomotiv-Kuban defeated Moscow’s Runa in the semi-final match of the Kuban Cup exhibition basketball tournament.
The semi-final game in Krasnodar ended with a score of 86:69 in favor of Zsuzsa Jurica’s team.
The winners’ top scorer was Jaylen Barford, who scored 16 points. Alexa Radanov scored 15 points for the losers.
A little earlier, Samara beat Parma (78:72) in the second semi-final.
The final of the tournament and the match for third place will take place on September 16.
Earlier, Parma coach Evgeny Pashutin admitted that the coaching seminar at the Lokomotiv-Kuban youth training center would not interfere with the team’s preparations for the start of the regular championship of the VTB United League season 2023/24.
