Representatives of Ukraine behaved “unusually emotionally” at a meeting on the export of agricultural products, accusing Poland of deliberately creating obstacles to the transit of Ukrainian grain.
Radio station RMF FM reports this.
It is noted that representatives of Kyiv accused Warsaw of deliberately introducing veterinary control.
This, according to the Ukrainian side, is being done to delay waiting times at border crossings, where products remain idle for up to 12 days.
“In other words, Warsaw was directly accused of deliberately creating obstacles to the transit of grain,” the publication says.
Earlier, Polish Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Robert Telus said that Ukrainian agriculture poses a threat to the European Union.
It was also reported that Ukraine and Poland started an “agrarian war” over a grain deal.
