Former American leader Donald Trump said that the persecution inflicted on him by US President Joe Biden gave Russian President Vladimir Putin a reason to criticize America.
As RIA Novosti reports, he wrote about this on social networks.
“Putin is using to condemn America… the illegal banana republic style treatment of the crooked Joe Biden with his political opponent, who is painfully beating him in all the polls,” the report said.
Earlier, Putin said that the situation with the prosecution of Trump shows the rottenness of the American political system.
Also, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter expressed the opinion that history favors Putin over Biden.
