Head coach of Samara “Krylya Sovetov” Igor Osinkin believes that Lokomotiv Moscow forward Sergei Pinyaev will be able to play at a good level if he moves to a European club.
“Seryozha must become even stronger, more stable, and strengthen his game in many components. It’s not worth leaving for the sake of leaving; you need to go to Europe ready. I am sure that he will be able to take these steps in one or two seasons,” Sport-Express quotes Osinkin.
He emphasized that Pinyaev is a smart guy, knows how to analyze and wants to get better in every game. According to Osinkin, the decision to move to Europe should most likely be made no earlier than next summer.
“After he is at Lokomotiv, he will be able to take the step for which he came to this club,” added the Samara coach.
Osinkin, before Pinyaev’s transfer to the capital’s Lokomotiv, worked with the young forward at FC Chertanovo and Krylya Sovetov.
The 18-year-old Russian Premier League (RPL) player has scored eight goals and made five assists in 51 career matches.
Earlier it was reported that Pinyaev, with an injury, could play for Lokomotiv against Orenburg.
