Former head coach of Lokomotiv Moscow of Russia Yuri Semin is sure that not only the coach is to blame for failures, but also other team leaders.
“The whole problem is that when there are unsatisfactory results, both the head coach and the sports director must leave the club. Because they are responsible for recruiting and training the team,” Sport-Express quotes Semin.
The ex-coach of the Russian national team emphasized that when two people leave, then there will be fewer changes in the coaching staff.
“We see that this is not the first resignation of the head coach, the same thing happened recently at Fakel,” added Semin.
On September 17, Sochi announced the dismissal of head coach Dmitry Khokhlov. This resignation was the fourth this season. By the eighth round of the RPL, club leaders also fired Sergei Tashuev (Akhmat), Jiri Jarosik (Orenburg) and Vadim Evseev (Fakel).
Earlier, Semin said that Kvaratskhelia’s level corresponds to Barcelona.
