The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the bodies of two people were found at the search site in Balashikha, where a gas explosion occurred: a woman and a child.

Information about this appeared on the department’s Telegram channel.

“Mother and daughter were found dead,” the message says.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that two rescuers died during a repeated collapse at the site of a gas explosion in a multi-storey building in Balashikha.

Also, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered to provide a report on the progress of the investigation into the criminal case regarding a gas explosion in a residential building in Balashikha.
