On top: Russian judoka Abdulaev won gold at the Grand Slam tournament in Baku

Ramazan Abdulaev took the gold medal at the Grand Slam judo tournament in Baku. In the decisive bout in the up to 60 kg category, he defeated compatriot Gamzat Zairbekov. In the fight for bronze in the weight up to 73 kg, two Russians also met: Makhmadbek Makhmadbekov defeated Danila Lavrentyev and became the tournament medalist. Among women, Sabina Gilyazova took third place in the up to 48 kg category. A minute and a half was enough for her to put Serbian Milica Nikolic on her shoulder blades and earn ippon.
