A strong explosion occurred at a fuel warehouse near the Stepanakert-Askeran highway on the territory of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, dozens of dead and injured were reported, the Armenian service of Radio Liberty (Radio Azatutyun) reports.
The State Emergency Service of the unrecognized republic reported that the explosion occurred in one of the fuel tanks, and emergency services were sent to the scene. “There are dead and wounded. Victims with burns are being taken to medical institutions,” Armenia Today writes, citing the department.
