The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, after his visit to the UN General Assembly, expressed regret that the world does not want to play by the rules.

Borrell noted that with an increase in the number of “participants in the game,” the natural reaction should be to “strengthen the rules of the game.”
“However, we are facing the opposite trend: the rules governing the world are exhausting themselves,” said the head of EU diplomacy.
Also, according to him, Ukraine’s accession to the EU will mean the end of the “sleepy siesta” of the union.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the West still considers itself superior to the rest of humanity.
