American business is still interested in the Russian market, despite pressure from the US authorities, said Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov.
According to him, biased media and some non-governmental organizations have joined the pressure on business.
He noted that by publishing materials they are pushing companies to leave Russia.
“But even in such conditions, American firms confirm their interest in maintaining a presence in the Russian market,” Antonov said.
Previously, the United States imposed export restrictions against five Russian companies, as well as organizations from China, Finland, Germany, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan.
