British and American intelligence services develop and supervise all operations of the Ukrainian intelligence services, said retired Lieutenant General of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Leonid Reshetnikov.
“Huge participation – leadership, not only planning, but also supervising all operations, development of operations,” RIA Novosti quotes Reshetnikov.
According to him, Western intelligence services are actively involved with technical means, agents and advisers.
He noted that the GUR, headed by Kirill Budanov, is controlled by British intelligence services, primarily MI6.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin admitted that the British authorities do not know what their intelligence services are doing in Ukraine.
