The head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, signed a law providing tax benefits for owners of electric vehicles.

It is clarified that owners of electric vehicles will be exempt from transport tax from January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2028.
It is noted that the benefits apply to owners of cars and trucks, motorcycles, scooters and buses that are equipped only with electric engines.
Earlier, Vice President of the National Automobile Union Anton Shaparin, in a conversation with Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, spoke about the prospects for online car sales.
According to him, for the successful implementation of the idea, it is necessary to take into account the relevant legislative norms.
