Demand for rental apartments in the regions increased in the third quarter of this year.
Izvestia writes about this with reference to the head of the analytical center DOM.RF, Mikhail Goldberg.
He said that the market reacted to the improvement in the macroeconomic situation in the country. Thus, in July–September there was a recovery in the economy, the unemployment rate dropped to a historical low, and the rate of wage growth accelerated, which supported active demand for rental apartments.
As a result, supply cannot keep up with increased demand, resulting in higher rental costs, Goldberg added.
Earlier, investment strategist at BCS World of Investments Alexander Bakhtin spoke about the rules of successful investing. The expert recommended not to invest the last savings.
