Tinkoff has banned remote work for its employees outside Russia, Belarus, Armenia and Kazakhstan.
RBC reports this with reference to a Tinkoff representative.
As stated in the statement, working abroad outside the countries where development centers are present is prohibited.
These centers are located in Belarus, Armenia and Kazakhstan.
It is noted that these measures are related to the fact that the bank is a systemically important organization, which is subject to requirements from the Federal Control Service.
This is also related to data security.
Earlier, the head of the hh.ru research service, Maria Ignatova, in an interview with kp.ru, said that there have been no significant changes in the spread of the remote work format this year, but it can already be called established in the labor market.
