The Prosecutor General’s Office has declared the American organization Russian America for Democracy in Russia “undesirable”. State Duma deputy Andrei Lugovoi spoke about this, and he also sent a request for recognition to the department.
According to the response of the First Deputy Prosecutor General, published by Lugovoi, the decision on undesirability was made on November 24, but this was not publicly announced.
“Russian America for Democracy in Russia has become a clone of the extremist FBK. The goal is to create a protest force in Russia to dismember the country, prepare a campaign to transfer power to foreign invaders. The idea and finances of the project are the US State Department, and the performers are fugitive traitors. Pay attention to the date of creation – January 2021. Even then, in the United States, the swamp opposition stirred up a new project, which was supposed to work out a scenario for uniting Russians living in America who stand for freedom, democracy, and also “against the war in Ukraine,” writes Lugovoy.
The Russian America for Democracy in Russia website states that it is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that unites “US Russians who advocate for freedom and democracy in Russia, as well as against the war in Ukraine.” She leads such projects as Freedom Birds for Ukraine, Anti-Propaganda and others.
