The head of the German government, Olaf Scholz, accused Russia of stopping gas supplies to the republic and EU countries. According to the Chancellor, Moscow deliberately stopped exports, as a result of which Germany lost half of the supplied gas, and Europe lost 120 billion cubic meters of this fuel. In turn, Moscow noted that the statements of the head of the German Cabinet do not correspond to reality. Previously, Russia has repeatedly indicated that the western direction of gas supplies still remains open. As experts remind, it was the policies of the current German authorities that largely provoked the economic crisis in the country.
